The Elite Hardwood Flooring story
Mike Lanham, a second-generation entrepreneur, was raised in an environment steeped in the values of quality workmanship, honesty and integrity. In 2000, he translated that knowledge into Elite Hardwood Flooring.
His vision was a business that beautified homes and businesses with surfaces crafted to perfection, and did so with a deep concern for the environment.

Today, Elite Hardwood Flooring serves clients across the Mid-Atlantic, including Baltimore, Annapolis and Southern Maryland. Our professional installers and refinishers give each project the personal attention and meticulous detail it deserves.
Precision, craftsmanship and detail are our hallmark. We don’t finish until you are thrilled with your new floor.
Floors with purpose
We were honored to be part of the Light House Bistro renovation, a social enterprise developed by The Light House Homeless Prevention Support Center. The bistro trains and employs graduates of workforce development programs, and we were proud to contribute by refinishing its hardwood floors.
